Delivery

Delivery time depends on place of delivery. Usually we can deliver your goods within 3-7 working days in Denmark In some cases there will be a longer delivery time. In these cases, you will be notified by email.

To have your item delivered, you have to pay shipping. The load depends on the size and weight of the package. You will be presented with a delivery price before placing the order. We send the package via GLS. The payment is drawn from your account when the goods are shipped.

If you regret your purchase (right of withdrawal)

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at beesnapp.dk and 14 days to send the item back.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by writing to us by e-mail to post @ beesnapp.dk or calling us on tel .: 6133 8883.

In your message, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.

You must make sure that we have received your message.

Return

You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs of returning the item. Upon return, you are responsible for the item being packed properly. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item.

The cost of return is expected to amount to a maximum of approx. 300.00 DKK.

The condition of the item when you send it back

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and the way it works. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried in addition to what has been described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item’s commercial value.

In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the product, but not take it into actual use.

Refund of the purchase amount in the event of a complaint

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get back the amount you have paid to us. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs due to your own choice of a form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and in any case , no later than 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to cancel this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item returned, unless you have previously provided proof of having returned it.

You can also cancel the purchase by giving clear notice and handing it in person at the above address by prior arrangement.

When you send the item back, you must enclose a copy of the confirmation that you are returning the item. If there is something wrong with the product (right of complaint), the Purchase Act’s defect rules apply to purchases of goods.

When you shop at beesnapp.dk, you of course have a 24 month right to make a complaint. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

How fast should I advertise?

You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will reimburse shipping costs corresponding to those with which the item arrived.

When you send the item to us, we need as detailed a description of the problem as possible. It is not a requirement, but it facilitates our case processing, and minimizes the processing time for the complaint.

Note! We do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery or similar.

Remember that the item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.

What do we do with your personal information (personal data policy)

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us at beesnapp.dk, we need the following information:

We register your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver ordered goods to you. The personal information is registered with beesnapp.dk and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

When personal information is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your express consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.

All customer information is stored and processed encrypted and all transmission between customer and website is also encrypted.

Information submitted on beesnapp.dk is not passed on or sold in any way to third parties, and we do not register any personally sensitive information.

As a customer of beesnapp.dk, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this are directed to Beesnapp via e-mail.

Right of appeal

If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact Beesnapp. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can lodge a complaint with the relevant boards in the area, provided that the conditions for this are met.
